Perfect for Schools Activity weeks, Corporate Days Out, Stag and Hen Parties, Youth Groups or Holiday activity.

Our Courses can be geared to your groups age and ability.

Courses are offered 7 days a week from Easter to October 31st 2016 – subject to instructor availability.

Courses timings are

09.00 – 11.30

12.00 – 14.30

15.00 – 17.30

Prebooking is essential.

 

Pricing

Half Day (2.5hrs)

1-3 people £65 per person

4-9 people £35 per person

10+ people £25 per person

Full Day (5 hrs)

1-3 people £120 per person

4-9 people £60 per person

10+ people £40 per person

All prices are P/Person – P/Session with admission to the track after the session, for the rest of the day)

 

Starting time of your session?

We ask that you arrive at-least 15mins before the session starts, so that we can make a prompt start.

We will go through the procedure of ‘Preparing ourselves and our Bicycles.

Duration?

2.5 hours of instruction. Free entry to the track for the rest of the day.

Courses we offer?

Learn to Roll

This is a beginner course and is designed as an introduction to ‘Off-Road’ riding. The course will take you through all aspects of riding over and around obstacles on groomed dirt trails. Who is this course for? This course is for people that can ride a bicycle, but have never tried any ‘Off-Road’ riding.

Course structure:

Introduction to The Track and Park Etiquette.

Preparing yourself and safety equipment.

Bike Set-Up.

Disciplines that will be covered:

Body Position.

Cone of Movement.

Rolling obstacles on the Beginner and Intermediate tracks.

Cornering.

Introduction to Pumping and Jumping.

Learn to Jump

This is for any cyclist that rides ‘Off Road’ and wants to learn to ‘Jump’. This course will get you to a level that you are happy to ride beginner and intermediate tracks  with the aim of getting both wheels off the ground….

Course structure::

Introduction to The Track and Park Etiquette.

Preparing yourself and Safety Equipment check.

Bike Set-Up.

Disciplines that will be covered:

Body Position.

Cone of Movement.

Cornering.

Pumping and then ultimately Jumping.

How High?

This is for any cyclist that can Jump Beginner and Intermediate Jumps and are now ready to progress their riding to newer heights! This course is designed for people who are ready to push their limits and IF you do? You will be rewarded!…….

Course structure::

Introduction to The Track and Park Etiquette.

Preparing yourself and Safety Equipment check.

Advance Bike Safety Check and Bike Set-Up.

Disciplines that will be covered:

Body position, cone of movement and pumping revisited.

Boosting jumps and how its done.

Transfers.

Style and tricks.

Health and Safety

and maybe a brief mention about breaktimes…

Break times can be taken at anytime, and depending on age, ability, fitness and weather conditions the instructor might advise the whole group to have a break.
